Most people have suffered from headaches at least once in their life. Many people continue to suffer from headaches and migraines regularly and try to reduce the pain by rehydrating, caffeine, or medication such as tylenol/advil. While water should be your first go-to in most situations, you may have noticed that drinking water isn’t helping. If this is the case, then perhaps you have an underlying health condition or alignment issue that’s causing tension in your neck or shoulders that provokes headaches and migraines.
Not surprisingly, with our posture looking at our phones, sitting at the computer, slouching on the couch, and going through our normal activities, we put our bodies through a lot of things it wasn’t designed to do regularly. We aren’t even designed to sit for extended periods of time. If this sounds like a day or more in your typical week, or if you’re suffering from headaches and migraines more than once a month, we might be able to help.
